CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To provide the best experience for all clients, I kindly ask that any appointment changes be made at least 24 hours in advance. * Rescheduling: Appointments may be rescheduled at no charge when requested more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. * Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of 30% of the total service cost. * No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.
